Shipping Information

Vapeparadise.com.au ships from within Australia. It is our aim to offer a personalized customer service while also bringing you the fast shipping times of a much larger company. Domestic Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours.

 

All devices and e-liquids will be delivered in a polycell envelope or a priority box’s depending on the size of the order. All E-liquids will also be placed inside ziploc bags. We treat your order with care but we cannot guarantee that Australia post will show the same courtesy. We cannot be responsible for mistakes made by Australia post including misdirected, lost or damaged shipments. Should Australia post damage your e-liquid order in transit, it can cause the e-liquid to spill. Any spills will be contained within the ziploc bag.

 

Orders received before 9:00AM (AEST) on business days will typically ship on the same day. Orders received after the 9:00AM cut-off will typically ship on the following business day.

We do not process orders on Sundays or any major Australia Public Holidays.

 

We partner with Australia Post to provide fast nationwide delivery at a flat rate of $10 for all domestic orders.

 

Shipping to New Zealand is available via our international courier service with prices starting at $20 for up to 2kg.

 

Shipping to the rest of the world is available via DHL Express, with shipping rates calculated in realtime during checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your parcel. We do not add any additional packing or handling fees to the DHL Express shipping rates.

 

Tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email at the moment your order is shipped. We cannot provide tracking information prior to your order shipping. Please bear in mind that the Australia Post tracking can often take up to 24 hours to update.

 

Shipping Info

We get a lot of shipping questions from people anxious to get their vape mail, so here's a not-so-brief outline of how our order fulfilment works.

 

Order Fulfilment and Tracking Numbers

We ship packages in the order we receive them. Choosing "Express" or "Standard" shipping doesn't change your position in the queue, it just changes how quickly Australia Post delivers your parcel.

 

Orders received before 9am Melbourne time will usually ship out on the same day. Bear in mind that orders placed before 9am on Monday sometimes won't be shipped until Tuesday - over the weekend we usually receive a lot of orders, it won't ship up until the following business day being Tuesday.

 

Tracking numbers get issued between 4pm and 6pm. At the start of the day we print the invoices of all the orders that are due to be processed, and the fulfilment team carefully picks and packs your goodies and puts the parcels in a huge stack in our mailing bay. Sometime between 4pm and 6pm our local Australia Post contractor arrives in a truck and picks up all the mail and takes it to the Australia Post parcel facility for sorting and distribution. When that happens, we press a button and all the tracking numbers that Australia Post generated get imported back into our shopping cart software, at which point you'll receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped.

 

The process of applying a tracking number to your order and sending you a notification email is entirely automated. We don't do it manually, and we don't have any way to figure out your tracking number before your parcel has shipped, so if you're wondering what your tracking number is there isn't much point emailing us about it - all you need to do is wait to receive the automated email.

Batteries via Express Post

Due to aviation safety regulations, lithium batteries cannot be sent via any shipped method that involves aircraft, and any orders containing lithium batteries (or devices containing batteries) will be sent via parcel post (road freight) regardless of which shipping method you select.

 

This includes but is not limited to:

 

Starter kits

Individual EGO/EVOD/Twist Batteries

Rechargeable ohm readers

18650 and 18350 lithium-ion cells

Basically, if it can be recharged, chances are it's not allowed to fly. Please make sure you select the correct shipping method based on the contents of your shopping cart.

 

 

Warranty Claims & Return Orders

Return postage fees are at customer’s expense. In order to receive warranty claim, product will need to be return within 1 month of purchase date. Items will need to be inspected for repair or replacement by vapeparadise.com.au

 

If a product is returned that turns out to be in perfect working order, the customer will be responsible for paying the $10 return shipping fee to get the device back.

 

RTS: "Return To Sender" if address details provided by customer are incorrect and parcels are returned to vapeparadise.com.au. Contact will be made by office to update those details to resend customers parcels. $10 RTS and $10 re-postage fees will apply.

 

Free Shipping

Free express shipping cannot be used in conjunction with any coupon codes.

Free express shipping is not valid when orders contain loose lithium batteries. These orders will be sent by standard post at no cost to the buyer if the $100 threshold has been reached.
