Kastra, the bright blue star in the Capricorn constellation, is the only place in the known universe other than Earth where prickly pear cactus grows. Sure, we could have saved some time and harvested it from the Australian outback where it exists in bountiful quantities, but we made the trip to Kastra for that real authentic interstellar flavour.
